20 STORIES TOASTS NEW FESTIVE PARTNERSHIP WITH PIPER-HEIDSIECK CHAMPAGNE

20 Stories is partnering with world-renowned champagne producer, Piper-Heidsieck Champagne, on an exclusive menu from November to January, to celebrate the winter season in style

Manchester’s iconic skyline restaurant, 20 Stories, has revealed a limited-edition, seasonal menu in collaboration with Piper-Heidsieck Champagne, which will be available until January.

Piper-Heidsieck has been a pioneer and innovator in the Champagne industry since 1777. The Champagne house has a history associated with fame and luxury, its first ambassador was Marie Curie and Marilyn Monroe once famously declared, “I go to bed with a few drops of Channel No 5 and wake up each morning to a glass of Piper-Heidsieck; it warms me up.” 

The exclusive menu features some of the best and most innovative champagne available, to help raise a toast to the festive season. Guests can indulge in a glass or bottle of Piper-Heidsieck, “Cuvée Brut”, NV Piper-Heidsieck, “Rosé Sauvage”, NV Piper-Heidsieck, “Essentiel Blanc de Blancs”, 2018 Piper-Heidsieck, “Brut Vintage”or 2013 Rare Champagne, Brut Millésimé.

The 20 Stories bar team has also developed a series of new, decadent cocktails to celebrate the partnership, all starring Piper-Heidsieck. The Kir Royale features a drop of Crème de Mure, a classic French 75 sees the champagne complemented by Tanqueray gin and lemon, while the Champagne Cocktail Courvoisier VSOP and Angostura Bitters.

The new Sabot cocktail includes Tanqueray gin, Cointreau and a squeeze of lemon, while the Air Mail features Havana rum, lime and honey, for a touch of sweetness.

20 Stories, located on the 19th floor of No.1 Spinningfields, is Manchester’s highest restaurant and boasts panoramic, unrivalled views of the city centre and beyond, from 92 metres in the air.
